MetaLex is a locally hosted translation platform. It translates reliably into more than 100 languages, with wider coverage of over 400, keeps the layout of Word and PowerPoint files intact, and reads scans and PDFs. Everything runs on your own GPU hardware with outbound access disabled.
Speeds are measured on NVIDIA DGX Spark, the most compact system MetaLex runs on. Server-grade hardware is faster still.
Enter or paste text and MetaLex detects the source language automatically. Choose Speed for a fast answer or Quality for the most polished result, and ask for a summary in the target language when you need the gist rather than every word.
Word and PowerPoint files are translated in place, so layouts, themes, images and formatting survive. Every paragraph is translated with the whole document in view, keeping terminology consistent from the first page to the last.
The System view shows which components are running and how many languages are available, and keeps a full record of every installed component, ready for an assurance review.

Documents sent for translation are often confidential and sometimes legally privileged. MetaLex is mapped to the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework, Secure by Design and the UK codes of practice.

It runs just as well on DGX workstations and data-centre GPU servers such as the NVIDIA B300, provided there is enough GPU memory, and gets faster with every step up. We can help you choose.
